If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or our manufacturing services. “Cfour Studios” (or “We/Us/Our”) refers to our apparel manufacturing and export business based in India.
2. Manufacturing Quotes & Orders
- Validity of Quotes: All wholesale pricing quotes, production lead times, and factory capacities provided via email or our contact forms are valid for 30 days from the date of issue due to shifting textile mill raw material costs.
- Order Confirmation: A manufacturing contract or bulk order is only considered confirmed once a formal Tech Pack or production blueprint is signed off, and the initial deposit invoice has cleared into our bank account.
3. Sampling & Technical Development
- Sample Charges: Sample development fees cover the cost of pattern drafting, direct material sourcing, and specialized machine setup. Sampling fees are non-refundable but may be credited toward your bulk production run depending on your final contract volume.
- Approval Timeline: Bulk garment manufacturing will not begin until the client provides explicit, written approval (via email or digital signature) of the physical pre-production sample or digital prototype.
4. Intellectual Property & Design Rights
- Your Property: All tech packs, custom artwork graphics, labels, and specific garment cuts provided by your clothing brand remain your exclusive intellectual property. We will never reproduce your custom designs for third-party clients.
- Our Property: The Cfour Studios website, its original textual content, photographic factory assets, code, and pre-engineered standard fit blocks are the exclusive property of Cfour Studios and are protected by copyright laws. You may not copy or exploit our web content without written permission.
5. Production & Quality Tolerances
- Industry Standards: As a professional garment manufacturer, we operate under standard international apparel manufacturing tolerances. This includes a +/- 5% margin on fabric weight (GSM) variances from the textile mills and a standard sizing tolerance of +/- 1 to 1.5 cm on stitched bulk goods.
- Defect Inspection: All bulk orders undergo strict quality audits before packing. Any issues regarding defective garments must be reported to our logistics team within 14 business days of the shipment arriving at your warehouse or destination port.
6. Website Disclaimer ("AS IS")
Our website and digital catalog are provided to you on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that our online systems will be completely uninterrupted, secure, or free from server errors. You agree not to use our digital communication channels for any unlawful purpose, unauthorized data harvesting, or spamming.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Cfour Studios, nor its directors, managers, or logistics agents, be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of local retail profits, marketing costs, or launch delays caused by third-party customs border hold-ups, arising out of your use of our website or manufacturing services. Our total liability is strictly limited to the maximum commercial value of the specific order placed.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting updated changes directly to this webpage. By continuing to use our website or working with our factory after changes are published, you agree to accept the modified business terms.
9. Modifications to These Terms
We retain your manufacturing records, tech packs, and invoice history for a standard period to comply with Indian export tax laws and to facilitate quick, accurate bulk reorders for your brand. If you request data deletion, we will purge all personal communication details while maintaining only legally mandated commercial tax records.
