Our average factory lead time for bulk manufacturing ranges from 30 to 45 business days. This timeline begins after your initial production deposit clears and you give final written approval on the pre-production sample. The exact lead time depends on your total order volume, fabric availability, and embellishment complexity.

Not by default. Import duties and local taxes are the buyer's responsibility unless the order is quoted under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms.
Payment terms are confirmed before production begins and are outlined in your quotation and Proforma Invoice. The agreed payment terms must be completed before production can commence.
We accept international bank transfers (T/T). Other payment methods may be available upon request.
We primarily accept USD, EUR, AED, and INR. Other currencies may be accepted by prior agreement.
As all products are manufactured to your approved specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the issue is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
